We're excited to introduce our latest lights, Slimlite 8 and Gravity Titan, equipped with innovative Moistureblock Technology to enhance your adventures even further. However, as with any new release, we want to keep you informed about certain aspects to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

Upon receiving stock of our new light, we've identified a minor issue with the connectors. Some early units may have connectors that do not click in immediately when plugged. This issue is directly related to our introduction of the advanced Moistureblock Technology.

Understanding Moistureblock Technology:

Moistureblock Technology is a cutting-edge feature designed to protect your lights from moisture, ensuring optimal performance even in the most challenging conditions. This technology provides a superior level of sealing against water, dust, and other environmental elements, prolonging the life of your lights and maintaining their brightness over time.

Issue and Solution:

Due to the enhanced sealing provided by Moistureblock Technology, the connectors on some early units may require a slight adjustment for proper engagement. However, we want to assure you that the solution is simple.

Solution:

To ensure the male connector clicks securely into the female connector, simply press down on the center part of the female connector. This adjustment will allow the connectors to engage properly, providing you with the reliable functionality you expect from KC HiLiTES, while maintaining the integrity of Moistureblock Technology.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Insert the male connector into the female connector as usual.

2. If the connectors don't click together immediately, don't worry.

3. Gently press down on the center part of the female connector.

4. Try reinserting the connector, you should feel and hear a click as the connectors engage securely.

Important Note:

•  This issue only affects the initial connection; once connected properly, the lights will function perfectly.
•  Please ensure that you press down on the center part of the female connector rather than applying excessive force, which could damage the connectors or compromise Moistureblock Technology.
