Why do I see two different styles of KC Gravity® LED Pro6 Light Bars & Pair Packs?


KC Gravity® LED Pro6 Light Bars that were manufactured before November 30, 2018, feature KC's first-generation LED inserts. Gravity® LED Pro6 bars produced after November 30, 2018 use KC's second-generation LED inserts, which are distinct from the first-generation Gravity® LED Pro6 inserts. We have presented images of both styles of Gravity LED Pro6 Light Bars below to provide a visual representation of these variances.

Why did KC change the existing LED inserts of the Gravity® LED Pro6?

KC aimed to enhance turnaround and delivery times to meet the escalating demand for our Gravity® LED Pro6. Through the implementation of engineering and production efficiencies, we have achieved this goal while also improving reliability and cooling efficiency with a slightly modified design.

If you own a first-generation Gravity® LED Pro6 and require a replacement for one of your lights, rest assured that warranty support for the older Pro6 LED insert design is still available. While such cases are rare, if you encounter any issues with individual lights in your Pro6 LED Light Bar & Pair Pack, KC will provide (adhering to our warranty policy, terms, and conditions) a matching LED insert(s). This ensures that your LED light bar or pair pack maintains a consistent aesthetic, minimizing any visual inconsistencies. In the event of a replacement, kindly submit a photo of your existing Gravity® LED Pro6 light bar or pair pack when initiating an RMA/Warranty customer support ticket.
