The KC Certified Factory Outlet is where you’ll find Legacy, Factory Second, and Open Box items. Every product is fully functional, though some may have cosmetic imperfections or substitute packaging. Quantities are limited, and all sales are final.
How the Outlet Process Works

- Place your order through the KC Outlet page.
- Outlet items cannot be backordered, combined with discount codes, or purchased with loyalty points.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All outlet orders ship from Flagstaff, AZ with KC’s standard handling times.
- You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
- What to Expect in the Box
- All required parts and hardware for functionality are included.
- Packaging may be missing or substituted.
- Installation instructions are always available on the product page or Support Center.
- Warranty & Defects
- If an outlet item does not work as intended out of the box, report it within 30 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photos/video.
- KC will issue store credit for the amount paid (valid for 60 days).
- Cosmetic blemishes (such as scuffs or finish inconsistencies) are not covered, as they do not affect performance.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Outlet items are final sale.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective on arrival.
