Sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product you purchased. This guide will walk you through our straightforward return and exchange process to resolve your request smoothly and confidently.
Return or Exchange Eligibility Requirements
You may return your purchase within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund if the product meets the following conditions:
- It is unused and shows no signs of installation or wear
- It is returned in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, and documentation
- It includes a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by KC
- It was purchased directly from KC HiLiTES (Returns for purchases made through authorized resellers must be processed with that seller, following their return policy)
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
KC HiLiTES' Customer Experience Team will assign a Return Authorization Number after receiving the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Direct Phone Number
- Shipping Address
Information about the product being returned/exchanged including
- Product Family
- SKU
- Quantity
- Original Purchase Date
- Proof of Purchase
- Reason for Return/Exchange

Return Shipping and Label
After receiving, reviewing and approving the request, a free return label will be provided via email.
Refund Process
After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be issued to your original payment method according to our refund policy.
Exchanging Products
If you prefer to exchange a product, we will send you the replacement once we receive the returned item in good condition. Please follow the return instructions carefully to ensure a smooth exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
