FLEX ERA Wire Harness Issue

It has come to our attention that some of our most recent FLEX ERA pair pack lights have been shipped with RED and WHITE wires swapped within the included two light harness. We are working to remedy this issue immediately and if your pair pack has been affected, we would like to send you a new harness.

To better understand the issue, we have attached images of the correct wire orientation at the three-pin Deutch connector. The WHITE Wire should power the amber backlight, the RED wire should power the HI-Power LEDs, and the BLACK wire is the ground. If you've already installed the harness, let us know, and we'll send you a new one. If your unit is new in the box, we'll include a return label with your replacement.

Alternatively, if you would like to remedy the issue yourself, you can cut, swap and splice the RED and WHITE leads on the included two-light harness to match the correct orientation from the attached images. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email or call us at any time.
