KC RMA Warranty Policy
Since 1970, KC has been designing, engineering and manufacturing products to the highest standards possible to ensure our customers receive a quality product. We are proud and confident that you will see the difference in KC’s product quality, but on the rare occasion that one of our products is defective, all of our products qualify for a 23-year warranty.
KC warrants that if you, our customer, purchase one of KC’s products and we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and/or workmanship, we will repair or replace* it free of charge. Products must be returned to KC for inspection by our Warranty Department. After inspection, KC will verify that the defect was not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, and at KC’s sole discretion confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under our 23-year warranty. If the product was purchased from one of our dealers within 30 days, the product should be returned to the dealer. If the product was purchased more than 30 days ago, or if you purchased the product directly from KCHiLiTES.com, please review the following process to begin your warranty request.
* If a product has reached the end of its lifecycle, we will replace it with an equivalent product or provide store credit on kchilites.com equal to the retail value of the product being warrantied.
